Leading Cheshire law firm SAS Daniels LLP has grown its Family team with the appointment of Anita Scorah as an Associate and Cheryl Haywood as a Solicitor. Anita and Cheryl will provide clients with advice and support on family issues, including specialist areas of finance, children, LGBT issues and domestic violence.
Anita, who is based at the firm’s Macclesfield office, brings with her over 15 years’ experience in family law, having previously worked as a solicitor at O’Neill Patient in Hazel Grove and Pannone Solicitors in Manchester.
Anita brings specialist knowledge and experience of high net-worth cases such as asset division, divorce, financial issues and disputes involving children. Anita also brings her expertise in LGBT law after previously co-running the LGBT legal clinic in Manchester where she advised on civil partnership dissolutions and sperm donor issues.
The firm continues to strengthen its Macclesfield-based Family team with the additional appointment of Cheryl Haywood as a Solicitor. Cheryl will advise clients on the breakdown of marriages, financial matters and will offer information and support for victims of domestic violence.
