
Forbes Solicitors has announced the appointment of housing specialist Shirley Faragher as a Partner as part of its continued growth.
Shirley acts on behalf of Registered Providers of Social Housing advising on tenancy management with a focus on anti-social behaviour. She is a specialist trial advocate dealing with all aspects of Housing Litigation up to and including hearings in the High Court.
She also prepares and delivers interactive training packages on a wide range of topics including proportionality, mental health, the Equality Act and the implications of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014.
Forbes is the largest legal practice in the North West outside the major cities with 36 partners, eight offices and more than 320 staff.
