He will focus on how to obtain planning permission and licences for camping and caravanning sites, with a particular emphasis on upmarket campsites or ‘Glamping’.
The seminar begins at 3.30pm and will also feature an update on the Planning (Wales) Act 2015 and other changes to the Welsh planning regime by Aarons Partner David Delaney, Senior Associate Dr Justin Neal covering significant developments in Environmental Law and Keith McKinney discussing planning-related developments in energy law.
